Raw Materials Inventory

The TRAX-IT Ingredient Traceability Software module records information about each receipt of raw material from a supplier. When a receipt is confirmed it updates the raw materials inventory. Each line item on a receipt creates a receiving lot in the raw materials inventory system

The following information is stored about each receipt.

- Supplier

- Receipt Date

- Transporter

- Seal number

- Bill of lading number

- Truck conditions

- Pest control

- Received by

- Inspected by

- For each item, Unique item code, Purchase cost, Quantity received, Suppliers lot number
