Finished Products Inventory Module

When a production batch is setup in the computer, the TRAX-IT Processing Software System loads all the raw material data automatically using the bill of materials for the finished product. Finished products are labeled or marked with the production batch number (finished product lot number).

This TRAX-IT Ingredient Traceability Software module records information about each production batch, such as:

- Production order planning

- System assigned batch numbers

- Pre-mix btaches

- Finished product batches Finished product code

- Bill of material code

- Ingredients *Raw material code, Planned quantity (as per bill of materials), Actual Quantity, Lot number selection and picking (FIFO)

- Assembled by

- Shorts

- Machine operator

- Checker

- Planned Yield

- Actual yield - Notes

- Wrapped No.

- Barcoded or RFID box or package serial numbers (optional)
